Organizations change constantly — restructures, leadership transitions, strategic pivots, crises that demand immediate response. Most change management frameworks treat people as variables to be managed. Compassionate Agility starts from a different premise: the people doing the work are the strategy.

This framework equips leaders to move through complexity without abandoning the humans at the center of it. It integrates trauma-informed practice, adaptive leadership, and liberatory design into a coherent approach that mission-driven organizations can actually implement.
