Building an Open Consulting Company

Today we initialized the public repository for TKB Strategies' open consulting model.
The idea is straightforward: the frameworks, tools, and methodologies we use to strengthen mission-driven organizations should be accessible. Not locked behind proposals. Not hidden in slide decks that disappear after a single engagement.
This repository — and this site — is where that work lives publicly. Compassionate Agility, Liberation Mapping, the Steward's Manual, our WordPress assessment tools, our workshop templates. All of it, version-controlled and open.
Client-specific work stays private. The methodology doesn't have to.
More to come as we build this in the open.
